You can easily change or cancel your upcoming massage bookings on the Aescape app. After logging in, navigate to the "My Bookings" menu by selecting the middle "calendar" icon (image 1). From there, select the booking that you would like to edit and you will be able to do so on the next screen (image 2).
If you are changing the date or time, you can easily select based on upcoming availability before confirming your selection (image 3). If you need to cancel, you just need to select "Cancel booking" and then confirm your cancelation (image 4).

You will see any applicable rescheduling or cancellation fees before confirming. Each Partner sets their own cancellation/rescheduling policy, so any specific fee varies.
